Tis the season!
- 16 ounces of plain, low-fat yogurt
- 1 unseasoned chicken breast, boiled
- 1/4 cup of green beans
- 1/4 cup of carrots
- 1/2 cup of sweet potatoes (steamed) OR pumpkin puree (plain)
- 1 egg
- 1/1/2 cups water
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until mixture is smooth.
